What a charming spot! Penelope made us feel right at home with her warm welcome and an unforgettable breakfast, including a feta omelette that I still dream about. the lovely garden area offered a peaceful spot to unwind, though just a heads up—finding parking can be a bit tricky when bringing in your bags. 🌿.

The warm welcome from our host Penelope, along with her delicious breakfasts enjoyed by a cozy wood fire, made our mornings really special. The quaint charm of the property, with its creaks and quirks characteristic of an old building, added to the experience. While there wasn't onsite parking and the stairs could be a bit steep, the comfortable and clean room made for a delightful stay. it was a charming spot that we would recommend for anyone seeking a cozy and friendly atmosphere.

The Old Colony Inn is a charming retreat with its renovated barn rooms and friendly hosts. The cozy, clean space provided a great night’s sleep, complemented by a filling breakfast. Though the property has a few quirks—like a loose floorboard and some creaky floors—it only adds to its historical charm.

We were amazed by the beautiful antique-filled rooms and felt as though we had traveled back in time. the breakfast provided in our room had a variety of tasty options such as fruit and toast, while the service was top-notch. the location was ideal, being close to town and right next to a lovely river.
The stairs leading up to the room were quite steep and narrow, making it challenging to get our luggage up to the room.
